  • Previous Training & Development experience
  • Previous HR, Talent, Administrative, or Leadership experience

Schedule Expectations

This is an in-person, hands-on leadership position.

Approximately:

  • 20–25 hours/week leading in restaurant operations
  • 10–15 hours/week dedicated to Talent & Training responsibilities

Schedule includes:

  • Monday–Saturday
  • 40 hours/ week if seeking FT , 15-25 Hours/Week if seeking PT
  • Sundays off
  • Open availability required for FT
  • Must be willing to serve guests during lunch and dinner peak periods
Physical Requirements
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Move throughout the restaurant frequently
  • Occasionally work outside during operational needs
