The Columbia Group (TCG), is a technical services support company which has a successful 50+ year history of providing the United States government with financial management support services, information technology, program management, acquisition, logistics management, engineering, and design. We are seeking a Leadership Development & Facilitation Consultant to join our team in the Washington, DC Navy Yard area. The ideal candidate will:

  • Provide graduate-level instruction of leadership and career development materials to senior-level staff members of the Team Ships organization.
  • Develop and update materials to maintain relevancy.
  • Meet with senior leaders to ensure alignment and that desired goals are achieved within the training course.
  • Analyze feedback to incorporate improvement in follow-on courses.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Master's degree in management, business, organizational strategy or education.
  • 7 years of course development and providing instruction on management, strategy, or leadership at the post-graduate level.
  • Strong proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Candidate must hold an active SECRET clearance.

Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • PhD in management, business, or organizational strategy.
  • 15 years of course development and providing instruction on management, strategy, or leadership at the post-graduate level.
