Job description

The Certified Professional Coach provides executive and leadership coaching services to federal personnel participating in a 360-degree leadership assessment program. This role supports leadership development initiatives by delivering individualized coaching sessions, interpreting assessment results, and guiding participants in strengthening leadership competencies.
The Coach works as part of a broader program that includes EQ360 and CliftonStrengths assessments, helping participants translate feedback into actionable development plans and improved workplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Individual Coaching Delivery
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions (approximately 60 minutes each) for program participants
  • Deliver coaching to up to ~25 participants across leadership levels
  • Facilitate ongoing coaching engagements, typically:
    • 1-3 sessions per participant initially
    • Additional ad hoc sessions (2-4 hours/month per participant)
  • Schedule sessions directly with participants and maintain flexibility for availability
  • Be prepared to respond to coaching requests within 24 hours
2. Leadership Assessment Interpretation
  • Review and interpret results from:
    • EQ360 (emotional intelligence 360 assessments)
    • CliftonStrengths assessments
  • Translate assessment data into:
    • Clear developmental insights
    • Strength-based coaching strategies

3. Development Planning & Goal Setting

4. Program Support & Collaboration
  • Coordinate with program leadership and stakeholders on coaching delivery

5. Reporting & Documentation
  • Provide coaching completion summaries (no PII or sensitive content) to the COR

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
  • Safeguard all participant information and assessment data
  • Ensure compliance with federal privacy and data protection standards
  • Avoid disclosure of personally identifiable or sensitive coaching content

Requirements
