Responsibilities
  • Review, evaluate, and monitor critical numbers and progress toward goals.
  • Understand and manage operational and financial metrics.
  • Oversee all marketing operations, including hiring and recruiting staff.
  • Direct admission processes.
  • Manage reimbursement systems.
  • Communicate opportunities and threats in the marketplace to senior management.
  • Identify new and repackaging existing product lines in collaboration with hospital leadership.
  • Guide, train, and develop the Business Development team.
Qualifications
  • Driver's license and acceptable driving record according to company policy.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a marketing representative, nurse liaison, or in a similar role within a healthcare environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Successful track record in leading, managing, or directly sales and marketing, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience with physician relations, case management, managed care, or knowledge of the local healthcare market is preferred.
