Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event / Lead Generation Manager to lead our St. Louis lead generation team. In this role, you will spearhead Lead Generation Marketing initiatives that align with our company objectives while mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities of Event / Lead Generation Manager:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates, driving sales growth in alignment with company goals.
  • Team Development: Direct, guide, and cultivate a team of event/lead generation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and teamwork across various locations.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform promotional strategies, enhance customer engagement, and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets for field marketing activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and measurable return on investment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Corporate Marketing teams to align field initiatives with broader business objectives and strategies.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct thorough performance evaluations and reporting for all field marketing activities, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze workflows and implement process enhancements to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of field operations.
  • Location Selection: Identify and select retail locations that will effectively support brand initiatives and maximize market impact.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and third parties, ensuring effective management of contractual agreements and collaboration.
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation:

$70,000+ base salary (depending on experience)

Plus uncapped bonus potential (Average earning potential $150,000)

Requirements

Qualifications for the Event / Lead Generation Manager include:

  • Minimum of 3-years of experience in Lead Generation (home improvement preferred)
  • Proven track record of leading teams that meet and exceed targets
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse team
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to guide strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with a history of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel as required to support field activities and events
