Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Content Strategist to lead the charge in defining and implementing content strategies for AI-augmented systems. This role is at the forefront of AI innovation, requiring a deep understanding of both content strategy principles as well as the unique demands and opportunities of artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in Content Strategy, with a proven ability to architect language systems, information structures and data inputs that AI agents consume.
Responsibilities
  • AI-Integrated Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that leverages AI, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs) to deliver personalized, predictive and highly relevant experiences for our financial products and services.

  • Simplifying Complexity: Translate complex financial products, market data, and regulatory information into clear, simple and accessible language for a diverse customer base.

  • Tooling and Systems: Partner with product and technology teams to define requirements for the content management systems (CMS) and AI tools necessary to execute the content strategy at scale.

  • UX & Journey Thinking: Apply user experience (UX) and journey thinking principles to design intuitive and efficient content flows for AI agents, enhancing the overall user interaction with AI-augmented systems.

  • Information Architecture: Design and implement robust information architectures, organizing and structuring data inputs to facilitate seamless processing by users and retrieval by AI models.

  • Content Oversight: Provide expert oversight on all content generated for and by AI systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, brand alignment and adherence to ethical guidelines.

  • Integration of Analytics & Research: Utilize data analytics and research insights to continuously refine and optimize AI content strategies, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

  • Technology, Capabilities & AI: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and content technology, integrating new capabilities to build a resilient and reliable "Content OS" for AI applications.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with peers within the Content Strategy team and AI leads, fostering strong relationships and ensuring cohesive strategy execution.

  • Optimization & Digital Engagement: Drive continuous content optimization efforts for digital engagement within AI systems, enhancing discoverability, relevance and user satisfaction.

  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Design & UX AI team and report directly to the Head of Content Strategy (C15), ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication across departments.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrable expertise in Content Strategy, with a strong portfolio showcasing the ability to architect complex language systems and information structures.

  • Experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of its unique regulatory, compliance, and business environment.

  • Proven experience in a leadership or program management role, preferably within a large, complex organization.

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in content development.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and research to inform strategic decisions.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and adapt to evolving technologies.

  • Experience in designing content for digital platforms and optimizing for digital engagement.

  • Familiarity of Design Systems and components is desirable.

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in a product or creative position
  • Significant experience managing complex business and technical solutions
  • Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross functional teams.
  • Experience delivering with an agile methodology
