Job description

At JFrog, we're reinventing DevOps to help the world's greatest companies innovate -- and we want you along for the ride. This is a special place with a unique combination of brilliance, spirit and just all-around great people. Here, if you're willing to do more, your career can take off. And since software plays a central role in everyone's lives, you'll be part of an important mission. Thousands of customers, including the majority of the Fortune 100, trust JFrog to manage, accelerate, and secure their software delivery from code to production -- a concept we call "liquid software." Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us in our journey?

Are you a Content Hacker? We are looking for a strategic, vocal, and articulate Content Strategist to join our Global Communications team in our Marketing department.

You will act as the architect of JFrog's narrative. You will help translate our high-level business strategy into a cohesive content roadmap and leverage AI tools to engineer the content strategy at scale. This is a high-impact position requiring a "gatekeeper" mentality-balancing a high volume of requests with the discipline to prioritize what truly moves the needle for our brand and our CMO's high standards for quality.

As a Content Strategist in JFrog you will...
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, AI-first content strategy that aligns with JFrog's high-level business goals and departmental objectives.
  • Leverage leading AI tools to engineer the content strategy at scale.
  • Partner with our Content Marketing team and our Growth Marketing organization to ensure our content wins in the evolving landscape of AI-driven search.
  • Act as a strategic consultant for PMM and Product teams to define what JFrog needs to be known for in the market.
  • Drive cross-functional programs, utilizing strong project management skills to ensure content is delivered at a high velocity without sacrificing quality.
  • Maintain an uncompromising bar for quality, ensuring all output reflects our executive vision and technical authority.
To be a Content Strategist in JFrog you need...
  • 3-5 years of experience in content generation and content strategy, ideally within a B2B tech or high-growth SaaS environment.
  • A rare blend of three core pillars: high-level strategy, rigorous project/program management, and exceptional written communication skills.
  • Strong executive presence and the "vocal" nature required to lead discussions and influence senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of how to optimize content for AI and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to maintain market dominance.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI content tools and an understanding of how to leverage them for quality and volume.
  • The ability to think across multiple vectors, connecting dots between technical product features and broader market trends.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER...
  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $140,000 to $165,000.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • JFrog provides employees comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness and much more!
  • JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
