Job description

Our client is seeking an Enterprise Content Strategist to support a major renovation and transformation of a large scale corporate intranet experience. This role will partner with stakeholders, SMEs, project managers, designers, and content teams across the enterprise to audit, organize, rewrite, and improve digital content so it better serves employees across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, collaborative, and comfortable working across complex business units while helping modernize and simplify enterprise content experiences.


You Will:

• Lead content discovery conversations with stakeholders and subject matter experts across multiple business units

• Audit and assess large volumes of enterprise content for clarity, usefulness, duplication, and employee value

• Recommend whether content should be updated, consolidated, archived, rewritten, or removed

• Translate complex business requirements into clear, employee facing, user centered content

• Create content briefs, rewrite recommendations, page structures, and hierarchy guidance

• Help establish and apply standards for tone, naming conventions, structure, accessibility, and clarity

• Support stakeholder review cycles and help resolve content related decision making

• Partner closely with UX, design, and project management teams on content flow and information architecture

• Help identify content governance gaps and support sustainable content management practices


You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, enterprise communications, or related content focused roles

• Strong experience working with stakeholders and SMEs across large organizations

• Experience auditing, restructuring, rewriting, or improving enterprise digital content

• Exceptional writing, editing, and content organization skills

• Experience simplifying fragmented or overly complex information into user friendly experiences

• Understanding of accessibility standards including WCAG 2.2 AA and plain language best practices

• Experience collaborating with designers, content producers, strategists, and project managers

• Experience with Sitecore or another enterprise CMS is highly preferred

• Familiarity with taxonomy, metadata, personalization, content governance, or information architecture is a plus
