What You’ll Do

  • Welcome patients and guide them through frame and lens choices

  • Interpret prescriptions and take precise measurements

  • Explain lens options and eyewear care in clear, friendly language

  • Partner with our doctors and front desk to ensure a smooth visit

  • Help patients understand insurance and Medicaid benefits

  • Assist with ordering, inventory, and merchandising

  • Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA standards

What You Bring

  • Optical or optician experience
