What Youโ€™ll Do

As our Landscaping Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of your crew to ensure our client sites look their absolute best. You will act as the primary Landscape Crew Leader, overseeing quality control and safety on every job.

  • Ensure all equipment is loaded and accounted for daily.

  • Lead your team in mowing, leaf removal, trimming, mulching, and edging.

  • Act as the Grounds Maintenance Foreman by operating heavy equipment including bush hogs, tractors, and mowers.

  • Perform on-the-job training for crew members and monitor time management.

  • Maintain quality assurance on all maintained properties and assist with snow removal when necessary.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of landscaping and supervisory experience is required.

  • Leadership: Ability to train others and manage a crew efficiently.
