A. Buckley Landscaping is seeking a driven Landscaping Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a landscape industry professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping clients transform their outdoor spaces through high-quality landscape construction and enhancement projects.

Whether you're currently working in landscape sales or looking to transition from a Production Manager, Operations Manager, Account Manager, Project Manager, or Branch Manager role, we encourage you to apply. Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation: $50,000-$85,000 annually
(Includes base salary plus commission opportunities, based on experience and performance.)

What You'll Do
  • Develop and close new business opportunities for residential and commercial landscape projects
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand project goals and provide solutions
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Represent A. Buckley Landscaping at networking events and within the community
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within CRM systems
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in landscaping, landscape construction, horticulture, design/build, account management, project management, or outside sales
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of landscape construction practices, plant materials, and estimating is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
