Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Landscape Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and history in landscaping, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients to understand their needs, and presenting tailored landscaping solutions to achieve their vision.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to discuss their landscaping needs, assess their properties, and gather essential information to develop customized proposals.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the design team to ensure they have all the needed information to create the proposal for the clients. Review the proposal with the design team prior to the sales presentation to the client.
  • Sales Presentations: Present proposals to clients, articulating the value proposition of our services and addressing any questions or concerns to secure sales.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the project management team to transition sold projects seamlessly, ensuring alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, using CRM software to track progress and measure performance against targets.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in residential landscape sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping principles, design concepts, and construction techniques. Experience in landscape construction or project management will be strongly considered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
