DESIGN SUPPORT

We are looking to expand our sales and design team with an experienced design support.

This person will support the sales and design team with estimates and take-offs, updating and producing design documents and providing design support assistance as needed (such as submitting permits, producing job planning documents and updating the customer and project management systems.)

The successful candidate will bring our unique blend of creativity and expertise to the role and a demonstrated expertise in the field.


Must have the following experience, knowledge or skills:

● Minimum 1-3 years experience in supporting a creative team with design documentation and estimate documents - building trades experience a plus (could be construction, landscape, other building related trade companies).

● Ability to work in a design program (Vectorworks experience a plus) as well as google suite and our customer and project management programs (Aspire and Smartsheets a plus).

● Able to deliver high quality products under tight timelines and to self-manage multiple tasks for multiple designers.

● Excellent internal customer service and communications skills with ability to build trust and teamwork.

● Background check, clean driving record and drug-testing required.
