Automotive experience is preferred but not required. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process - from write-up to delivery
• Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations
• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule
• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance
• Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience consistent with the Land Rover brand standard
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards
• Represent Land Rover Redwood City with the professionalism and genuine hospitality the brand and its guests expect
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Experience in sales, hospitality, or a guest-facing role - required. This is the foundation we hire for and it is non-negotiable
• Automotive service advisor experience preferred - candidates from luxury hospitality, high-end retail, and other professional client-facing backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
• Polished, professional communicator - Land Rover guests are discerning and they expect an advisor who matches their standard
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail - accurate estimates, realistic timelines, and disciplined follow-through are non-negotiable
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings
• Comfortable learning DMS platforms and Land Rover service processes - we'll train you on the brand
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A genuine hospitality mindset - every guest interaction reflects the Land Rover standard and you take that seriously

Salary Description
$50K - $120K+ OTE per year
