The North America team is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our HR Department at our Assumption IL facility. The HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations, ensuring smooth communication across departments and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. This role is essential in maintaining employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
Your Impact:

  • Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
  • Assist with candidate communication and recruitment logistics
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and conduct orientation sessions
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Process documentation such as benefits, and payroll changes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns

Your Compensation and Benefits
Expected annual salary for this role will be $42,000-$65,000 plus eligible for an annual bonus. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
