About Us
We are a growing Industrial Hygiene Testing Laboratory providing analytical services for asbestos, silica, metals, mold, indoor air quality, occupational exposure monitoring. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Job Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting laboratory testing services, generating new business, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory services, safety consulting, industrial hygiene, occupational health, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial hygiene consultants, safety firms, government agencies, construction companies, and industrial clients.
  • Promote laboratory testing services including:
    • Industrial Hygiene Analysis
    • Asbestos Testing
    • Silica Analysis
    • Metals Analysis
    • Mold Testing
    • Indoor Air Quality Testing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with laboratory and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience (laboratory, industrial hygiene, occupational health, or scientific services preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
