Our customers, located in over 48 countries, entrust us as a key supplier of quality components and supplies. In our Upstate New York headquarters, we house some of the most advanced equipment available to produce new and unique components for the jewelry industry.
Scope of the Role
As Human Resources Manager, you will provide senior-level ownership of the people function, ensuring HR programs directly support business performance and compliance. This role exists to lead and shape hiring, total rewards, and employee relations with consistent, well-documented processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Direct full-cycle recruitment and selection aligned to workforce plans
- Administer compensation, benefits coordination, and retention initiatives
- Manage employee relations, performance matters, and workplace investigations
- Maintain labor law compliance, policies, and HR best-practice standards
- Partner with leadership on organizational planning and culture stewardship
Required qualifications/skills:
- 5-10+ years progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
- Advanced computer skills, including HCM proficiency

How Your Days Flow
