Job Summary
The Auto Body Repair Technician at Town & County Auto Body Collision Center is responsible for driving service excellence and delivering timely and quality repairs to customersโ€™ vehicles. The successful candidate will possess an excellent knowledge of automotive body repair and paint refinishing ability. The position is a Full Time - based plus commission Technician / Skilled Labor / Contractor job in the Auto industry located in North Haven, Connecticut

Responsibilities
โ€ข Provide excellent customer service by ensuring quality repairs and service excellence
โ€ข Effectively diagnose collision damage and recommend the best course of action
โ€ข Remove damaged parts such as bumpers, panels, radiators, condensers, and grilles
โ€ข Dismantle, adjust, repair, and reassemble major components of the body
โ€ข Perform skilled welding functions as necessary
โ€ข Smooth surface imperfections using plastic and/or metal fillers
โ€ข Refinish vehicle surfaces using a variety of methods and materials
โ€ข Communicate information accurately and open-mindedly with co-workers, managers.
โ€ข Maintain proper housekeeping in the work area
Requirements
โ€ข At least 1 year of auto body experience
โ€ข Knowledge of automotive systems and components
โ€ข A valid driver's license
โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent
โ€ข Ability to pass a background check
