Job description

RN โ€“ Labor & Delivery (Contract) โ€“ Arizona 85122
  • Position: RN โ€“ Labor & Delivery (Contract)

  • Location: Arizona, 85122

  • Pay: $2,230 โ€“ $2,500 per week

  • Schedule: 7:00 AM โ€“ 7:30 PM

  • Shifts: Day shift with varied weekends and holidays

  • Hours: No guaranteed hours

  • Dress Code: Navy scrubs with navy warm-up jacket

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients

  • Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor and delivery

  • Assist physicians during deliveries and obstetric procedures

  • Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety standards

Requirements:
  • Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)

  • Experience in Labor & Delivery required

  • BLS (ACLS/NALS preferred based on facility requirements)

  • Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
