This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, tech-savvy, and a true team player who takes pride in doing things the right way.


What Youโ€™ll Do

ยท Accurately prepare and ship domestic and international orders in a fast-paced environment, showing determination to meet deadlines and customer expectations

ยท Process shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, LTL carrier portals, and our internal ERP system with accuracy and accountability

ยท Generate and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), labels, customs paperwork, and related documentation to maintain trust in our shipping process

ยท Pull, stage, weigh, and load product using forklifts or pallet jacks while following all safety and quality standards with respect for people and product

ยท Act as the final quality check before products leave the facility, appreciating the importance of your role in customer satisfaction

ยท Work closely with Production, Customer Service, and Shipping teammates to meet deadlines and support customers in a respectful, collaborative way

ยท Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, organization, and teamworkโ€”while helping maintain a positive, fun, and supportive work environment

Requirements:

What Weโ€™re Looking For

ยท High School Diploma or GED

ยท 1โ€“3 years of shipping/warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution

ยท Strong computer skills with ERP systems, shipping software, and carrier platforms

ยท Hands-on experience shipping via UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers

ยท Forklift / pallet jack experience preferred (certification a plus)

ยท Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on a manufacturing floor
