Job description

Production & Packaging Associate

This is a light-duty, entry-level position. No advanced experience is required, and training will be provided.

We are hiring entry-level production and packaging operator to work on an aluminum profile production and packaging line.

This is a light-duty, hands-on production line position. Main responsibilities include feeding aluminum profiles onto the line, removing finished products from the line, packing products, labeling, and keeping the production area organized.

Workers must follow all safety rules, use proper procedures, wear proper PPE and work carefully while working around production equipment.

Duties include:

  • Feeding aluminum profiles onto the production/packaging line
  • Removing finished products from the line
  • Packing, labeling, and organizing finished products
  • Assisting with smooth production line operation
  • Keeping the production area clean and safe
  • Following supervisor instructions and safety procedures
  • Working with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

  • Production line or packaging experience preferred, but not required
  • Honest, dependable, and ready to work
  • Comfortable standing and moving around during the shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Must be able to follow basic instructions
  • Safety-first attitude required
  • Teamwork and a positive work attitude are important
