Job description

About Boxes 4 U:

Boxes 4 U is searching for a an inventory associate to hire under a monthly contract, with the opportunity to extend to fulltime. The inventory associate plays a key role in making sure customers get the right product, on time, every time. We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and ready to jump in.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical inventory counts across all warehouse rack and pallet locations, following established count procedures.

  • Accurately annotate and track count results, discrepancies, and adjustments in Excel.

  • Update and reconcile inventory records in NetSuite to reflect physical counts (experience with NetSuite inventory modules strongly preferred).

  • Label all items, bins, and rack locations clearly and consistently, following the warehouse's labeling and barcode standards.

  • Operate a scissor lift and/or ladder safely to access elevated inventory and complete high-rack counts and labeling.

  • Identify and flag inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or mislabeled items to the Warehouse Manager.

  • Support cycle counts and periodic full physical inventories, coordinating timing with ongoing pick/pack operations to minimize disruption.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with warehouse safety standards.

  • Assist with receiving and put-away tasks as needed.

  • Warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required
