Job description

Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00 per hour
Location: Houston, TX. 77071 (Missouri City area)
Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday–Friday (Saturday + 1 Weekday Off)
Additional Availability: Weekend and overtime availability may be required based on operational needs.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Labeler to join our warehouse operations team. You will play a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring products are properly labeled, and supporting efficient warehouse workflows. You are organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling physical tasks throughout the shift.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate handheld RF scanners to accurately track inbound and outbound inventory
  • Print, apply, and verify shipping, inventory, and customer-specific labels on products and cartons
  • Confirm product information, quantities, and descriptions to ensure accurate labeling and inventory records
  • Sort, organize, stage, and prepare merchandise for storage, distribution, or shipment
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, replenishment, and order fulfillment activities
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or labeling issues
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions within warehouse systems
  • Support shipping and receiving teams during peak operational periods
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse standards

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, particularly in scanning, labeling, inventory control, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment
  • Experience using handheld RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
