Cath Lab Tech ll, Piedmont Columbus Midtown

Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac procedures. Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures.

Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures.   • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program Required or
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) program Required or
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) program Required
Work Experience
  • 2 years Cath Lab Tech Experience Required
Licenses and Certifications
  • Based on type of program completed, one of the follow is required. Upon Hire Required
  • RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Upon Hire Required or
  • RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Upon Hire Required or
  • RCES - Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist Upon Hire Required and
  • BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
  • ACLS Upon Hire Required
