Job Description:

  • Termed (18-24 months) position dedicated to implementing Inventory Management and providing customer support.
  • U.S./ Canada travel is required as implementations occur at customer sites - approx. 75% travel *VALID PASSPORT Required

Responsibilities -

  • Project manages each customer implementation, making sure that all tasks have been completed ahead of implementation day.
  • Coordinate with other resources involved in Client's implementation - e.g., Regional Implementation Specialist, Account Manager, Customer Service, Lab Specialist
  • Conduct on-site baseline inventory.
  • Provide final configuration and inventory adjustments.
  • Provide customer training and assist with first Cycle Order.
  • Provide order support through first 2-3 order cycles.
  • Provide ongoing customer support as needed.

Required Skills -

  • Recent graduate of four-year Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory program (preferred), or recent Bachelor's Degree in Business or Life Sciences.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interest in Supply Chain or Laboratory Operations.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at different stages of completion.

Technical Skills - Moderately proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Able to learn and develop expertise on a proprietary, supply chain SaaS application.
