This opportunity is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, strong in face-to-face settings, and excited by the chance to build a book of business with significant long-term earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business with full-arch and implant practices nationwide
  • Prospect through self-generated outreach, company-provided leads, and industry networking
  • Build relationships with owner doctors, operating doctors, and other decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand practice goals, workflows, and growth opportunities
  • Lead consultative sales conversations and position the company as a long-term growth partner
  • Travel to meet high-value prospects and strengthen relationships in person
  • Host meetings, dinners, and other relationship-building activities
  • Drive new accounts through onboarding and initial case submission
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through close
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, consistent follow-up, and pipeline momentum
  • Collaborate with internal clinical and lab teams to support opportunities

What Success Looks Like

In the first 6–12 months, success in this role may include:

  • 6–8+ new lab accounts onboarded
  • 2–3 strong full-arch practices secured
  • $60K+ in recurring monthly revenue generated
  • A healthy pipeline of 30+ qualified opportunities

Who This Role Is For

  • Self-starters who work well independently
  • Sales professionals who are polished, confident, and relationship-driven
  • People who build trust quickly and follow up consistently
  • Individuals who are competitive, resilient, and motivated by performance-based earnings
  • Professionals comfortable with both autonomy and accountability

Preferred Background

  • Proven B2B sales success
  • Dental, medical, or other high-value consultative sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
  • Willingness to travel nationally, including occasional overnight trips
  • Experience selling into dental practices, DSOs, or implant-focused offices is a plus
  • Familiarity with full-arch, prosthetics, or lab workflows is a plus
  • Existing network in dental or medical is helpful but not required

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary: $65,000–$100,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Residual earnings on accounts for up to 2 years
  • Optional draw available during ramp-up
  • National market access with no restrictive territory cap
  • Strong long-term earning potential tied directly to performance

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • High-quality product and strong clinical outcomes
  • Competitive pricing and efficient turnaround times
  • Direct access to leadership and internal support
  • Chance to build a national book of business in a growing platform
  • Strong upside for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and meaningful income potential
