Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments including management of human resources, routine operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, patient/staff satisfaction, change management and any other relevant responsibilities related to this position. Serves as part of a collaborative service line management team focused on promoting the mission, vision, and valves of PHC. Assists in staffing as necessary and is able to provide cardiovascular clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric cardiac patients.

  • Associates Degree or the equivalent required in area of specialty Required
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred

  • 5 years clinical experience in required field Required
