Job description

Smaller hospital just outside of Springfield, MO is recruiting for a Anesthesia Medical Director. Our client is looking for an experienced provider for this position with excellent leadership and skillset. You will lead a lead a time of 11 full-time CRNA's. This is a medical director position but will sit cases, manage board, manage team, etc.
$525,000 base salary.
$50,000 sign on bonus.
Call isn't required as CRNA's will take call, need MD on campus M-F.
6 outpatient OR rooms, 3 inpatient OR suites, 1 dedicated C-Section Suite.
500 cases per month.
Ortho, General, Opthalmology, Urology, OB/GYN, GI Lab, ECT, .
Tail insurance.
45 days PTO plus 6 holidays.
403b, CMH contributes .5 % for 1st 8% contributed by physician, so up to a 4% match.
Community - 10,000 people, located 25 minutes to Springfield, MO, 3rd largest city in MO and only 30 minutes to Springfield National Airport.
