Gnostech is seeking an experienced and detailed-driven Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities and Qualifications will include but are not limited to:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort.
  • Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
  • Oversee contractor execution of the task order requirements.
  • Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on key performance and program/project metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with government and contractor teams to ensure consistent program/project delivery and documentation quality.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide direct supervision to program support staff.
  • Oversee daily workflow, task allocation, and workload balancing across the team.
  • Ensure team compliance with federal regulations and company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Understanding of Defense Industry and Government contracting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • BA/BS degree
  • 10 years of experience in operations management.

Minimum Security Clearance
  • Current active Secret Clearance
