About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Product Operations Manager to help scale and optimize how our product organization works. In this role, you'll ensure our teams operate smoothly day-to-day, improve crossfunctional workflows, and support the processes that bring our products to market. If you excel at organizing complex environments, improving operational efficiency, and keeping diverse teams aligned, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

  • Run the product organization's daytoday operating rhythm, including planning cycles, roadmap updates, dependency management, and status reporting.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to maintain alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate product documentation, reporting, and operational artifacts to support clarity and accountability across teams.
  • Support onboarding and enablement activities to ensure new team members can quickly integrate into product processes and tools.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and introduce repeatable, scalable solutions that improve product delivery velocity.
  • Process Scaling: Map cross-departmental workflows, diagnose inefficiencies, and design scalable processes that reduce friction and improve operational efficiency.
  • Performance Metrics: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key operational metrics and team performance.
  • New SKU Introduction: Coordinate the operational workflow for new SKU setup, ensuring accurate data entry, alignment with pricing and finance, and seamless activation across internal systems.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, business operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of modern product development practices and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous environments.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to structure and interpret data to support operational decisions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating across distributed, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or scaling operations in a multi-product or multi-SKU environment.
  • Familiarity with enterprise product lifecycle management and release processes.
  • Experience partnering with finance, sales operations, or product marketing teams on product readiness or launch activities.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sales Force or Looker.
  • Strong documentation skills, including creating SOPs, process maps, or operational playbooks.
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud services, platform-oriented product organizations, cross-domain environments, or cyber security-focused product ecosystems.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$126,800.00-171,700.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
