Job Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth store functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing store staff and promoting a positive work environment
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising
- Implement and maintain operational procedures for efficient store
operations
- Support budgeting activities and monitor financial performance
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Contribute to recruiting, training, and developing staff members, support
other store locations as necessary
- Manage shift schedules effectively to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience in management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and shift management
- Familiarity with recruiting, training development, and staff supervision
- Proficiency in using POS systems and maintaining accurate records
