About the Role:

The Technical Writer will play a key role in creating, maintaining, and publishing clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation that supports Revenova’s products and platforms. This position requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for both technical and non-technical audiences. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with developers, Product teams, and QA teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation remains accurate, organized, and up to date. A key outcome of this role is contributing to the continued growth and improvement of Revenova’s Doc360 platform while enhancing knowledge sharing and overall user experience through well-structured technical content and documentation processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Experience creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation
  • Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Confluence
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using documentation and visual tools such as Snagit, Adobe products, or Visio
