About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in empowering customer care specialists, ensuring they have the precise, clear, and current information needed to deliver exceptional support. You will be at the forefront of knowledge management, directly influencing customer satisfaction and supporting the continued growth and success of the business by providing the resources that enable efficient issue resolution. Your expertise will bridge the gap between complex information and actionable insights, making a tangible difference in every customer interaction globally.
What You'll Do
  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive customer care procedures and content within internal knowledge bases and documentation tools.
  • Collaborate with project teams to assess impacts on existing procedures, identify content gaps, and develop new documentation for upcoming initiatives.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, clear, consistent with style guidelines, and free from duplication or conflicting information.
  • Partner with various stakeholders and learning teams to ensure content is readily available for training and project launch dates.
  • Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, from writing and editing to publishing, across multiple projects and business update requests simultaneously.
  • Act autonomously to prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Contribute to the development of content for various customer care support tools.
