Job description

KnowBe4 empowers the modern workforce to make smarter security decisions every day. Trusted by more than 70,000 organizations worldwide, KnowBe4 is the pioneer of digital workforce security, securing both AI agents and humans. The KnowBe4 Platform provides attack simulation and training, collaboration security, and agent security powered by AIDA (Artificial Intelligence Defense Agents) and a proprietary Risk Score. The platform leverages 15-years of behavioral data to combat advanced threats including social engineering, prompt injection, and shadow AI. By securing humans and agents, KnowBe4 leads the industry in workforce trust and defense.
The Snr. Enterprise Project Manager will be part of the Business Operations Division, reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role leads the execution of complex, high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives while contributing to the ongoing development of EPMO standards, governance frameworks, and best practices. The Senior Enterprise Project Manager serves as both a skilled practitioner and an informal leader on the team-mentoring junior project managers, owning enterprise-wide strategic programs, and helping shape the methodologies that define how KnowBe4 delivers projects at scale. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing projects of significant scope and organizational impact, and demonstrates a consistent ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results. We value true team collaboration-someone who demonstrates extreme ownership of outcomes, elevates those around them, and readily contributes to help the team cross the finish line together.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex, high-priority, cross-functional projects and programs from initiation through post-implementation, with accountability for outcomes at the enterprise level
  • Guide stakeholders through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, risk management, change coordination, go-live, and post-implementation review
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on project management methodology, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of EPMO standards, templates, and governance frameworks
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Enterprise Project Managers and other team members, elevating team capability and PM maturity
  • Manage Steering Committee meetings and executive updates, including preparation of decks, presentations, and meeting materials for senior and executive audiences
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and comprehensive project documentation and archives
  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks, with particular focus on cross-functional and technical implementation risks
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals with overall business objectives and strategic priorities
  • Monitor project progress, manage resources, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, including C-suite, executives, team members, and external partners
  • Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Support M&A integration analysis and technical integration efforts as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in related field preferred
  • 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience managing technical projects and M&A integration initiatives
  • PMP certification or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across all organizational levels including executive leadership
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and manage multiple high-priority concurrent projects
  • Strength in problem definition, risk assessment, and resolution in complex environments
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority across organizational boundaries
  • Strong mentoring and coaching capability; able to elevate the skills of less experienced team members
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in multitasking during virtual meetings, including presenting, screen sharing, and note-taking simultaneously
  • Leverages AI tools and drives automation across project workflows; actively seeks opportunities to improve team efficiency through technology
