What You Will Do
  • Design original apparel concepts across knitwear, sweaters, and lounge categories, with a strong focus on womenswear.
  • Translate global fashion trends into cohesive seasonal collections that align seamlessly with the brand's direction and commercial objectives.
  • Create compelling sketches, mood boards, and presentation materials to effectively communicate your design vision to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with sourcing, materials, and product development teams to ensure design integrity from initial concept through to final production.
  • Strategically select fabrics, colors, and trims, balancing aesthetic appeal with essential performance requirements.
  • Actively participate in fit sessions, providing expert input to refine garment construction and improve overall fit.
  • Support the entire seasonal line development process, from the generation of initial concepts to the final production handover.

What You Bring
  • 3-7+ years of experience in apparel design, with a dedicated focus on knitwear, sweaters, or lounge categories.
  • A strong ability to conceptualize and execute original designs, transforming innovative ideas into market-ready products.
  • Deep understanding of current fashion trends, color theory, and fabric development, with an intuitive eye for what resonates with consumers.
