As a kitchen help , you play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing food items to our high standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace and supporting your fellow team members.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is passionate about food. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare ingredients, assemble dishes and cook menu items according to Charleys Steak & Wings recipes and quality standards - Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces and ensuring food safety protocols are followed. - Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient operation and timely service. - - Assist with inventory checks, stocking supplies and minimizing food waste. - Ensure that all food is prepared with care and attention to detail, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. - Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage and kitchen equipment use.
