High-paying roles generally involve specialized skills, entrepreneurship, or commission-based compensation structures.

Job description

Applicant Requirements
We request that you submit both a resume and cover letter that demonstrates your interest and qualifications for working in a ministry position and the position that you are applying for. You will not be considered without both. Please see requirements below.
About The Ministry
OurCommunity carries the same Gospel-centered heart and innovative mission that define OurCalling, lived out in a long-term neighborhood setting. We are a Christ-centered ministry where every job is a ministry position.
Building on the mission of OurCalling, OurCommunity helps our homeless neighbors walk with Jesus and take the next steps to live in healthy community by providing long-term care for individuals who cannot live independently due to age, disability, or other needs. We are committed to creating a Christ-centered community where formerly homeless neighbors, many of whom are aging or living with complex needs, can experience stability, dignity, belonging, and restoration. Rooted in faith and strengthened by innovation, we go beyond meeting physical needs to create solutions that foster hope, stability, and transformation. The mission is the same: help our neighbors walk with Jesus and live in healthy community.
Our culture is grounded in hospitality, relationship, accountability, and a steady commitment to loving each neighbor as Christ loves us. We value patience, compassion, and intentional presence, knowing that true healing takes time. With a pioneering spirit, we work together to create a place where trauma is met with care, isolation gives way to connection, and each home becomes a step toward renewed purpose and healthy community.
