The Kitchen General Manager holds a broader leadership role, overseeing all kitchen operations, staff, and budgets. In contrast, the Kitchen Supervisor focuses on supervising kitchen staff and maintaining food quality. Both roles require culinary experience and certifications, but the manager's responsibilities are more strategic and administrative.

Through it all, our General Managers work hard to cultivate an exceptional team environment so that all staff members can perform at a consistently high level. As a General Manager, you're a customer service pro who knows what it's like to work in a fast-paced environment and who thrives in that energy. You're highly attuned to the guest experience, accountable for your performance (and that of the teams you'll manage), and are a strong team player across the board. You're also an extraordinary problem-solver and trouble-shooter and have at least a few years of full service restaurant management experience under your belt.ย

The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 per year + bonus.
