Kirkpatrick evaluators are professionals who use the Kirkpatrick Model to assess the effectiveness of training and learning programs. This model measures four levels of outcomes: reaction, learning, behavior, and results, to determine the impact of training on both individuals and organizations. Kirkpatrick evaluators collect and analyze data at each level to provide insights and recommendations for improving training initiatives. Their work helps organizations ensure that their investment in training leads to measurable and meaningful outcomes.
