Shift hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Position Summary: The Facilities Assistant is responsible for assisting in the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the physical inventory of furniture, fixtures, and equipment and coordinates with the accounting department 
  • Assist with inspection of construction and installation progress
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and storage of facility equipment, including HVAC and office equipment
  • Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of all facilities
  • Assist in managing the lawn maintenance, including ice and snow removal at all locations
  • Occasional travel to Colorado Branches when necessary

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
  • Professional office environment
  • Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
