Job description

Salary:

Lucid Healing Center is a mental health treatment facility in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida seeking part-time experienced, Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team. BHT's are responsible for providing direct quality care to the clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing compassion, support, and encouragement to all clients.
  • Ensuring safety and security of all clients at all times.
  • Assisting in unforeseen circumstances or emergency situations.
  • Reporting behavioral and emotional issues in the shift report.
  • Clearly understanding ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality and exhibiting that in all practices.

Qualifications include:

  • At least one year of experience in the mental health treatment industry (preferred)
  • Knowledge of mental health disorders, co-occuring disorders, and medications preferred
  • Proficiency in EMR, preferably KIPU
  • Exemplary documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with AHCA and Joint Commission standards preferred
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Drug free workplace- must be able to pass drug test
  • Schedule flexibility and ability to work well amongst others.

Must be flexible to hours. Hourly rate commensurate with experience. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a Drug Free Workplace.

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shifts
  • 2nd shifts (some weekends included)
  • Overnights (12am-8am)
  • Per Diem Availability

Experience:

  • KIPU EMR: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Behavioral Health Technician or RBT: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

  • Driver's License (Required)
