Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor and control all established quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Coffee kiosk. Support the Deli Manager in the day-to-day functions of the kiosk operations. Embrace the Customer 1st strategy and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities

  • ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠Promote trust and respect among associates 
  • Communicate company, department, and job specific information to associates 
  • Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to help achieve company/store goals 
  • Assist in establishing performance goals for department and empower associates to meet or exceed targets 
  • Develop adequate scheduling to manage customer volume throughout hours of operation 
  • Assist in Training and developing associates on performance of their job and participate in the performance appraisal process 
  • Adhere to all local, state and federal laws, and company guidelines 
  • Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store 
  • Offer product samples to help customers discover new items or products they inquire about 
  • Offers customers demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment 
  • Provides quality beverages consistently for all customers

  • Assist in implementing the period promotional plan for the department 
  • Stay current with present, future, seasonal and special ads 
  • Monitor and control expenses for the department 
  • Maintain an awareness of inventory/stocking conditions note any discrepancies in inventory 
  • Schedule daily, weekly and monthly price changes by updating shelf tags and promotional signs 
  • Assist in planning, organizing and supervising the inventory process 
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines 
  • Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store management 
  • Notify management of customer or employee accidents 
  • Report all safety risk, or issues, and illegal activity, including: robbery, theft or fraud 
  • Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  • Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
