Job description

Under general supervision, the Field Package Sales Agent represents Capital Vacations at a permanent mall kiosk location. The agent engages with shoppers and visitors to promote vacation ownership opportunities, generate qualified leads, and sell promotional vacation packages. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a professional presence consistent with company policies and brand standards.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Proactively engages mall guests to introduce them to Capital Vacations' programs, promotions, and vacation opportunities.
  • Effectively communicates program details and benefits, providing a positive and informative customer experience.
  • Maintains a strong knowledge of Company programs, systems, services, and resorts to confidently present information.
  • Follows the Company-approved sales script and marketing presentation standards.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds lead generation and sales performance goals.
  • Ensures the kiosk area remains clean, organized, and visually aligned with Company brand guidelines.
  • Accurately completes all required **training, compliance courses, and reporting documentation.
  • Adheres to Company policies, procedures, and professional conduct standards.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education, Training, and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field required.

Pay
$16.60 per hour PLUS commissions
