Drive growth within existing accounts by building strong relationships and uncovering new opportunities. This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to solve problems, optimize performance, and expand business.


What You'll Do:

Grow assigned accounts by identifying and securing new opportunitiesย 

Build trusted relationships with key decision-makersย 

Solve customer challenges by aligning internal teams and resourcesย 

Analyze pricing, margins, and operations to improve profitabilityย 

Lead account reviews, customer visits, and ongoing business planning


Requirements

What You Bring:

3+ years in account management within contract manufacturingย 

Background in injection molding, metal stamping, or similar plastics industriesย 

Strong problem-solving skills and business acumenย 

Proven ability to grow existing accountsย 

Effective communicator who thrives cross-functionally
