Plastics Production Shift Supervisor

  • Pay Range: $32-$40/hr + DOE
  • Location: Johnstown, CO
  • Shift: Night (8 p.m. - 8 a.m.) or Day (8 a.m. – 8 p.m.), 2,2,3 schedule!
  • Job Type: Contract-to-Permanent Hire

How you'll spend your time as a Plastics Production Shift Supervisor:

  • Lead and motivate a production team.
  • Oversee plastics manufacturing processes and maintain strict quality standards.
  • Manage labeling, packing, and preparation of finished products for shipment.
  • Champion safety, cleanliness, and organization on the production floor.
  • Supervise and support a team of approximately 8 production employees.
  • Work independently while keeping morale high and holding your team accountable to expectations.
  • Assist with machine and computer troubleshooting and basic maintenance.

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Plastics Production Shift Supervisor:

  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
