* Drive organizational development and change initiatives, including restructures, and process improvements to support business transformation.

* Coach and advise managers and leaders on people management, engagement, and team effectiveness, building leadership capability across the division.

* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Operations, Legal) to ensure HR initiatives are integrated, data-driven, and aligned with business priorities.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in a Human Resources Manager or senior HR generalist role supporting a business division or similar organizational unit.

* Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR planning, workforce planning, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

* Strong track record in employee relations management, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.

* Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition for professional and permanent roles.

* Solid background in performance management, including frameworks, tools, and manager coaching.

* In-depth knowledge of HR policy development and implementation within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

* Thorough understanding of US labor law and regulatory compliance, particularly at federal and state levels.

* Proven ability to lead and support change management initiatives, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.

* Strong interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.

Desirable Skills:

* Experience in organizational development, including culture initiatives, competency frameworks, and team effectiveness programs.
