Job Description Regional Business Development Liaison Healthcare Services Organization Location: Multi-County Territory, Northeast Indiana Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt About the Organization Our organization is a well-established provider of in-home supportive care services dedicated to helping older adults maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and community partners to deliver personalized care solutions that meet evolving needs. We are seeking a Regional Business Development Liaison with an RN or LPN background who is passionate about relationship building, client advocacy, and helping families navigate care options.

Position Overview The Regional Business Development Liaison is responsible for expanding referral relationships across an assigned territory while serving as the clinical resource for prospective and existing clients. This individual cultivates partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources while supporting client assessments, care planning, and service coordination. Business Development & Community Outreach Develop and strengthen relationships with referral partners.

Maintain activity records and referral engagement within CRM systems. Represent the organization at networking and community events. Client Consultation & Assessment Conduct initial consultations with clients and families.

Perform comprehensive assessments and recommend service solutions. Develop individualized care recommendations. Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in Indiana.
