Food People Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Key Hourly for TakoSushi in Augusta, GA!

Your Role
As a Key Hourly, you will help lead daily operations and ensure standards are met during your shift. You should be comfortable stepping into service or bartending as needed to support the team. This position reports directly to the General Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts and lead the team through service
  • Support daily operations and ensure opening, shift change, and closing procedures are completed accurately
  • Uphold company standards for service, quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Deliver a strong guest experience through floor presence, table visits, and prompt resolution of concerns
  • Communicate clearly with staff and management to maintain smooth operations
  • Delegate tasks and adjust staff positioning as needed to support service flow
  • Ensure proper cash handling, drawer counts, and shift reporting procedures are followed
  • Monitor FOH cleanliness, bar standards, and overall presentation
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, alcohol service, and company policies
  • Assist with training support and pre-shift huddles
