Key Account Manager - Consumer Technology

Analog Devices (ADI) is seeking a customer-focused Key Account Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of strategic consumer technology customers.

This role is responsible for developing business opportunities, expanding customer engagement, and driving design-win success across ADI's broad portfolio of signal chain, sensing, power, audio, and connectivity solutions.

The Key Account Manager will work closely with customer engineering, sourcing, operations, and business teams to identify new opportunities and position ADI solutions within next-generation consumer products and platforms. Working collaboratively with Field Applications Engineers (FAEs), product line teams, and sales leadership, the Key Account Manager will drive opportunity development from early engagement through production while helping customers solve complex system-level challenges.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who can navigate large, matrixed customer organizations, develop trusted relationships, and consistently deliver growth through effective account execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business within assigned consumer technology accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and drive new design-win opportunities across ADI's portfolio of signal chain, power management, sensing, audio, and connectivity solutions.
  • Build strong working relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, and business stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Partner closely with FAEs and product line teams to align ADI solutions with customer product roadmaps and technical requirements.
  • Drive opportunity management, pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  • Support customer engagements from concept through production, coordinating internal resources to ensure successful execution.
  • Promote system-level solutions that leverage ADI's broad technology portfolio and create differentiated customer value.
  • Monitor customer roadmaps, industry trends, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Communicate customer priorities, opportunities, risks, and support requirements effectively within ADI.
  • Contribute to account planning activities and help execute strategies that strengthen ADI's position within assigned customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; technical degree preferred.
  • 7 years of relevant experience: in semiconductor sales, technical business development, account management, field applications engineering, or related customer-facing technology roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and drive business growth within complex technical environments.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to position complete solutions rather than individual components.
  • Understanding of analog, mixed-signal, power management, sensing, audio, or embedded technologies.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, operations, and product teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting customers within the consumer electronics, wearable, personal computing, AI platform, XR/AR/VR, or mobile technology markets.
  • Track record of driving design wins and revenue growth in semiconductor or technology-related industries.
  • Familiarity with system-level selling and multi-product solution positioning.
  • Knowledge of ADI's product portfolio and go-to-market model.
