Job description

Our client, a growing accounting firm with approximately 850 employees, is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee and enhance its employee benefits programs. This is a hands-on role focused on benefits administration, leave management, and leading the annual open enrollment process during a period of growth and change.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration of all employee benefits programs, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Own and drive the annual Open Enrollment process from planning through execution.
  • Manage complex leave of absence programs, including coordination with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR leadership to improve benefits processes and support ongoing organizational growth.
  • Support the organization through an upcoming HRIS migration, with UKG experience highly preferred.
